The Hint Akute Health integration allows practices to:

  • Sync patients between both Hint and Akute Health and keep patient information up-to-date in both platforms when updated in either. This includes:
    - Demographics
    - Contact information
    - Provider

  • View patient’s membership status and plan name from Akute Health

  • Be notified in Akute Health of a patient’s outstanding balances in Hint

Configuring the Hint Akute Health integration:

  1. Login to HintOS

  2. Navigate to Admin>Integrations

  3. Click ‘Other Integrations’ and select ‘Akute Health EHR’

  4. Click the blue button ‘Integrate with Akute Health EHR’

  5. You will be asked to login to Akute Health
