Practice Pulse is a new dashboard that will highlight a few important metrics for your account. Since this dashboard contains financial data for the practice, we ask that you send a request to support@hint.com to enable the dashboard. All of you users will have access to viewing these metrics regardless of their user permission role.

**Please note that these numbers are not real-time and they update every night around midnight.

Total Active Patients

  • Number of active, unconfirmed and pending membership patients in your account

New Patients

  • Number of new patients in the last 14 days based on the patient's membership start date

  • You can click 'View' in the upper right-hand corner of this box to see a filtered list of the patients counting towards this number

Terminations

  • Number of patients with a membership end date in the past 14 days

  • You can click 'View' in the upper right-hand corner of this box to see a filtered list of the patients counting towards this number

Past Due - Retail

  • This is the total amount of unpaid retail/consumer invoices that have a due date in the past

  • You can click 'View' in the upper right-hand corner of this box to see a filtered list of invoices that are counting towards this total

Past Due - Sponsor

  • Total amount of unpaid sponsor/employer invoices that have a due date in the past

  • You can click 'View' in the upper right-hand corner of this box to see a filtered list of invoices that are counting towards this total

Action Plan

We will suggest a couple of recommendations that can help improve these metrics. To see these suggestions click 'Show Action Plan'

We will list a number of suggestions (see example below) and will link you to various sections of Hint, to make it easier to complete our suggested actions.

Please note that once an action has been completed the suggestion will still appear on this list.
