How to Generate a Patient Face Sheet

  1. Navigate to the Patient chart

  2. To the right of the Patient's Name, click on the three vertical dots.

  3. Click on 'Face Sheet'.

  4. From here, you can select what options to include on your face sheet. Your most recently used selections will already be checked or unchecked based on your previous export.

  5. Click 'Generate', which will generate a preview of the face sheet.

  6. Click 'Download PDF' to download the face sheet.
