Hint allows you to schedule SMS text messages, chats, and emails to send to patients at a future date and time. This support article will show you how to create & schedule messages in advance, and how to view or edit messages that have already been scheduled.
Chat
Navigate to and click the inbox icon on the left menu, and then select Scheduled in the next menu
Click Chat on the top menu. Then click Schedule New
Select your desired recipients (internal and/ or external), the date and time to send the message, message content, add attachments, and click Save.
To view or edit the scheduled message, click the message from the list. To delete the message, click the red trash can icon on the right side of the screen
SMS & Email
2. Click SMS & Email on the top menu. Then click Schedule New
3. Choose your scheduled event (SMS or Email) and select the date and time to send the message by clicking on the calendar icon on the right.
4. Enter the patient name and subject for email, or the number to text from, add your message and any attachments, and click Save.
To view or edit the scheduled message, click the message from the list. To delete the message, click the red trash can icon on the right side of the screen
