Follow the steps below to call patients from the practice phone number via your cell phone.
1. Navigate to the chart of the patient that you want to call
2. Click the phone icon in the patient's profile, then click the patient's phone number
3. Click "Call from [practice number]
4. You will receive a call at the phone number that is associated with your username in Hint; answer the call
5. Once you answer, you will hear: “To connect your call with {Patient Name}, Press 1.”
6. Press 1 to connect your call to the patient; the patient will see the practice phone number on their caller ID
7. The call will be logged in the patient’s chart in Hint
