Admin menu, Settings

To access your settings, click the "Admin" icon on the toolbar (use the circled arrow to expand or collapse the navigation menu):

From here, you can navigate to Admin and Settings in the desired section. Here's a quick video snippet to share more information:

Here is the list of the Settings and each function:

  1. Account: Here, you'll see your Practice Name, Practice Logo, and basic information about your practice. You can configure your auto-logout time here, too. The top menu here will display your billing and payment processing information.

  2. Appointment Types: Manage your appointment types for the calendar and online booking.

  3. Calendar > Locations: Here, you can manage your calendar and booking locations

  4. Charges, Packages, and Taxes: This is where you will manage your charges and packages, charge item categories, and sales tax, if applicable.

  5. Credits: Here, you can manage credits and credits for memberships

  6. Documents: Here, you can manage documents attached to your memberships.

  7. Employers (Pro + Scale only): Here, you can manage your employer/ sponsor accounts

  8. ePHI Communication Waivers: Here is where you can manage ePHI Communication Waivers for your members

  9. eRX: The first clinician in your practice to activate their ePrescribing through Dose Spot will use this tab to connect as the first step.

  10. File Drive: This is where you can manage the files located in your clinic's Drive folder

  11. Integrations: On this tab, you can see and manage the partners you're collaborating with via Marketplace

  12. Medications: This is where you can add and manage your medication inventory

  13. Membership Options: On this tab, you can configure and manage your memberships.

  14. Notifications: Here you can configure and manage notifications to your patients and practice.

  15. Online Signup: Here you can manage your global settings for online signup, signup pages, patient portal, and lead sources

  16. Phones: Here you can view and manage your phone numbers, including configuring call forwarding, voicemail, and after-hours voicemail.

  17. Providers & Patients: Here you can manage settings for providers, patients, and locations.

  18. Team: Here you can view and manage your team profiles and invite new team members.

  19. Templates: On this page you can create and manage your templates

  20. Developers: Here you can request sandbox and API access.
