You can cancel sent prescriptions in Dose Spot. Please note that only 30% of pharmacies return a cancellation approved response.

  1. Navigate to Active Medications in Dose Spot

  2. Click Actions

  3. Click Remove

  4. Click Canceled; you can provide why the Rx was canceled and a free text option.
