Engagement Tracking

Engagement Tracking allows you to identify engaged patients based on their recent charge activity. Engagement Tracking is designed to empower your practice by:

  • Enabling seamless reporting to employer sponsors on their engaged employee population

  • Providing practices with the ability to monitor and identify members with low engagement to conduct more targeted and effective patient management

The feature set also allows you to set a practice-wide engagement threshold

  • Engagement threshold = a practice setting that allows you to define the timeframe (in months) for when a patient should be marked as Engaged

  • For example, you can set 6 months and we will look for charges with service dates within the last 6 months to determine if the patient should appear as engaged

  • Another way to update a patient's engagement status to "Engaged" is through the patient uploader, by adding their 'Last Engagement Date'.
