  1. Can we please add a feature to the online patient portal that shows them where the routing and account number are found on the check?

    Add a diagram of a check and circle the routing number and label it and circle the account number and label it so people who may not be familiar with how to use ACH/EFT know which numbers to enter correctly to get there accounts set up properly.

  2. It would be helpful to be able to sort by the primary household member only and not see the dependents.

    It would be helpful to be able to sort by the primary household member only and not see the dependents. When we are contacting patients in our employer groups it would be helpful to only see the primary member as they are the ones we would contact and not the dependednts.

    You can view only the primary’s info via the ‘memberships’ report for consumers.

    For employers: If you go to a specific employer, you’ll see that employer’s employees in a list where you can clearly differentiate between employees and dependents.

  3. Membership Anniversary notification

    Create a report or alert for memberships renewing/expiring.

    Based on the membership start date Hint has, it would be helpful to receive a notification of memberships that are approaching 12 months (or other stated expiration), so that we can contact patients about renewal, any change of terms for the coming year.

  5. Remember Username Option on Login Screen

    Would like an option on the Hint login screen to remember username, so that field is pre-filled every time you go to login.

    Hi Dr Vitt -This is actually a browser setting where you can have your username autosaved. We always recommend to stay compliant with HIPAA regulations, to refrain from having a stored username and password. Let us know if you have any additional questions on this!

  10. Ability to provide a reason for refund/void when voiding or refunding an invoice

    I want to be able to provide a reason for voiding or refunding an invoice so that if my staff creates this action and another staff looks at it later it will be clear why it was done. I often have to remember why I provided someone with a refund then reviewing their account rather than being able to say pt was overcharged.

    I get an email every time a new account is created. Can this be turned off if the new member account was created by a staff member?

  12. Addtional edits to payment received email

    It would be nice to be able to edit the name on the payment received email to say something like "Hello Mr. Smith" instead of "Hello Smith Rentals, LLC" or "Hello Jim" rather than "Hello James"

    The new Annual Statement Report is great. Ideally, we would be able to pull these by any user-defined date range. Quite a few members request Statements that are not just calendar-year.

  14. Allow patient to print paid invoice from the "thank you for your payment" email

    This is critical for all the Liberty Direct patients who will now have to submit their bills for "sharing". Those practices that have a significant number of LD patients will be burdened by having to send invoices manually. This needs to be at the top of the priority list to be done prior to Feb 1.

    The PDF invoice is now automatically emailed to the patient following a payment. This requires you to have the ‘Membership Paid’ email turned on. To turn on this notification, navigate to ‘Admin’ and click on ‘Notifications.’ Then toggle the on switch next to notification ‘6 – Membership Paid.’ Please contact us at support@hint.com if you have any questions or trouble enabling this notification.

  15. Welcome email automatically sent to all new patients/employees

    Currently it only goes to patients who enroll via the online signup form when auto-confirm is turned on. Would like this email to automatically go to all new patients.

    It would be great to be able to run different payment options under a specific invoice without having to change the default payment setting.

    When creating a new payment, you’ll now see a drop down menu where you can choose between any payment source you have on file for that payer. You can create as many separate payments as you need to equal the full balance of the invoice. Now members can easily pay across several cards, bank accounts, or even cash.   18. payment source on an invoice

    I want to have the payment source on the invoice when it prints. Patients can better track how they paid this way. & We can assure them how they paid.
