  1. Membership Anniversary notification

    Create a report or alert for memberships renewing/expiring.

    Based on the membership start date Hint has, it would be helpful to receive a notification of memberships that are approaching 12 months (or other stated expiration), so that we can contact patients about renewal, any change of terms for the coming year.

  3. Ability to provide a reason for refund/void when voiding or refunding an invoice

    I want to be able to provide a reason for voiding or refunding an invoice so that if my staff creates this action and another staff looks at it later it will be clear why it was done. I often have to remember why I provided someone with a refund then reviewing their account rather than being able to say pt was overcharged.

  4. New account email to Owner and Staff

    I get an email every time a new account is created. Can this be turned off if the new member account was created by a staff member?

  5. Addtional edits to payment received email

    It would be nice to be able to edit the name on the payment received email to say something like "Hello Mr. Smith" instead of "Hello Smith Rentals, LLC" or "Hello Jim" rather than "Hello James"

  6. Print/Email a custom date range of patient invoices

    The new Annual Statement Report is great. Ideally, we would be able to pull these by any user-defined date range. Quite a few members request Statements that are not just calendar-year.

  7. Allow patient to print paid invoice from the "thank you for your payment" email

    This is critical for all the Liberty Direct patients who will now have to submit their bills for "sharing". Those practices that have a significant number of LD patients will be burdened by having to send invoices manually. This needs to be at the top of the priority list to be done prior to Feb 1.

    The PDF invoice is now automatically emailed to the patient following a payment. This requires you to have the ‘Membership Paid’ email turned on. To turn on this notification, navigate to ‘Admin’ and click on ‘Notifications.’ Then toggle the on switch next to notification ‘6 – Membership Paid.’ Please contact us at support@hint.com if you have any questions or trouble enabling this notification.

  8. Splitting payments on an invoice between multiple payment sources

    Split an invoice between multiple payment sources including ability to select from mutliple stored payment sources stored in Hint and partial card/partial cash payment.

    Partial payments are live—a payment for any amount less than the total amount due—can now be made against any outstanding invoice with any payment source on file. This gives your patients flexibility to pay what they can when they can, without making you hack through refunds or split charges across multiple smaller invoices. From now on, any invoice will remain in the ‘Issued’ state until it becomes fully paid. Payments of less than the full amount must be authorized on an ad-hoc basis from your Hint admin console, putting you in full control of this new flexibility.   9. Notification when the patient enters a new age tier

    Notify practice admins when a patient is approaching the age of 65 (Medicare eligible age).

  10. Allow customer to pay non-membership invoices

    Allow customer to pay non-membership invoices - e.g. add "charge to Visa XX" button on their view of the invoice. This way we can send them the charges and they can view/agree and pay when they are ready without having to contact us

    It would be great to be able to run different payment options under a specific invoice without having to change the default payment setting.

    When creating a new payment, you’ll now see a drop down menu where you can choose between any payment source you have on file for that payer. You can create as many separate payments as you need to equal the full balance of the invoice. Now members can easily pay across several cards, bank accounts, or even cash.   12. Have the ability to turn Providers on & off in the Admin section.

    Requesting that we have the ability to turn a provider off so that new patients can not select them when signing up. However, still have the ability to have that provider listed for patients that have requested them in the past for accounting purposes. Or, if a provider chooses to temporarily close their practice to new patients, that we have the ability to take them off or add them back on at anytime but not to lose their patient database.

    A dashboard or reports that easily outline new memberships, restarts, and canceled memberships during a date range so we can easily view or calculate churn.

  14. Member Phone number on the Employer end of adding a New Member

    On the " Add and New Employee or Dependent" page when new members sign up through the Employer it would be handy to have a telephone number field for the patient's phone number so that I can call the patient and schedule their first appointment. Currently at this time I have no way to initiate contact unless the Employers HR department send a list of New Employees. I want to cut out this extra process and be able to call the patient without having the Employers HR send a list.

  16. payment source on an invoice

    I want to have the payment source on the invoice when it prints. Patients can better track how they paid this way. & We can assure them how they paid.

  17. Ability to refund an invoice and process payment on another source

    If a patient wants to change the payment source after it has already been processed, it would be nice to be able to refund the invoice and process payment on another source rather than creating a new invoice.

    Hi All! We just released a feature that will allow you to print or email your patient a single PDF showing the patient’s 2016 charge history. From the invoice tab, you’ll see a button called ‘Annual Statement’ which expands into a dropdown menu with email/print options.   19. Autofill Address for Dependents Who Are Added to An Existing Membership

    When a dependent is added to an existing membership, the address section for that dependent should default to the address of the primary payer for that membership.
