Thanks for making this suggestion! Currently, we wait until we’ve received confirmation that the test deposits have hit the patient’s bank account before we send the verification instructions via email. We also include the date the deposits were made in case the patient would like to revisit the email at a later date to verify their account.

You can view only the primary’s info via the ‘memberships’ report for consumers.
For employers: If you go to a specific employer, you’ll see that employer’s employees in a list where you can clearly differentiate between employees and dependents.
Can we please add a feature to the online patient portal that shows them where the routing and account number are found on the check?

You can now select which Hint users receive practice notifications by toggling on/off notifications in the team section. Just navigate to ‘Admin’ and click on ‘Practice’ and ‘Team.’ Then just click ‘edit’ next to the user’s name to enable or disable notifications to this user about patients in your Hint account.
I want to be able to provide a reason for voiding or refunding an invoice so that if my staff creates this action and another staff looks at it later it will be clear why it was done. I often have to remember why I provided someone with a refund then reviewing their account rather than being able to say pt was overcharged.3 votes

This is critical for all the Liberty Direct patients who will now have to submit their bills for "sharing". Those practices that have a significant number of LD patients will be burdened by having to send invoices manually. This needs to be at the top of the priority list to be done prior to Feb 1.1 vote
The PDF invoice is now automatically emailed to the patient following a payment. This requires you to have the ‘Membership Paid’ email turned on. To turn on this notification, navigate to ‘Admin’ and click on ‘Notifications.’ Then toggle the on switch next to notification ‘6 – Membership Paid.’ Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or trouble enabling this notification.
Currently it only goes to patients who enroll via the online signup form when auto-confirm is turned on. Would like this email to automatically go to all new patients.19 votes

Partial payments are live—a payment for any amount less than the total amount due—can now be made against any outstanding invoice with any payment source on file. This gives your patients flexibility to pay what they can when they can, without making you hack through refunds or split charges across multiple smaller invoices. From now on, any invoice will remain in the ‘Issued’ state until it becomes fully paid. Payments of less than the full amount must be authorized on an ad-hoc basis from your Hint admin console, putting you in full control of this new flexibility.
