Patient login access to billing features

Patient login option to manage their own payment options, view invoices, add bank verification, etc. Allows patients to manage billing features anytime without requiring them to call the practice (currently they can only add new payment info or view invoices if we generate a notification with a link. If bank verification needs to be sent to an alternate email, we do not have the ability to regenerate that notification)

    The inability for patients to log in and make payments is almost a deal-breaker, in my opinion. I have discussed this with hint and appreciate their efforts to address this.

    1) Patients need to be able to log in, see and pay ALL bills/invoices, change their mode of payment and change their demographic information, as appropriate. This would be HUGELY helpful, and is necessary to help DPC clinics keep our overhead low.

    2) If patients could designate 2 cards - one for autopay and one for incidentals (an HSA card, for example), that would be a tremendous WIN. Annnnnnnddd. (one more idea),

    3) if there was a button on our end where we could just enter charges in one screen and then click "apply to autocharge" or "invoice to patient" and then the system directed it to the appropriate place and notified the patient- that would be so helpful.

    Please also make certain that patients paying month to month are allowed on the new patient portal to upgrade to purchasing a non-prorated, full year/annual subscription at any time. Do not throttle the ability of the patients to buy more services day or night, thank you!
