To improve the verification letter, please add that it may take two additional work days before the two small transactions appear to relieve angst on the part of the patient and the provider whose name is on the letter that names the date the transaction occurred (usually 2 days before the patient sees it).
Thanks for making this suggestion! Currently, we wait until we’ve received confirmation that the test deposits have hit the patient’s bank account before we send the verification instructions via email. We also include the date the deposits were made in case the patient would like to revisit the email at a later date to verify their account.
