If you need to unmerge and restore an archived patient chart after merging duplicate charts or archiving a patient record, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Patients tab
Click on the 'All Patients' drop down and select 'Archived Patients'
Search for the archived patient's name in the patient search bar
Select the patient's name to pull up their chart
Click 'Restore [patient's name]'
6. Navigate to the Patients tab and search for the patient's name to find the newly restored patient chart.
