If you have updated your patient contract or would like to send a request to the patient for signature on your patient contract:

  1. Navigate to the patient's chart in Hint

  2. Scroll down to the agreements section

  3. Select 'Request acceptance by email'

Note: Patients do not need to log into the patient portal with a magic code to access the agreement.
