If you have updated your membership agreement or would like to send a request to a patient for signature on your membership agreement:
Navigate to the patient's record in Hint
Scroll down to the 'Agreements' section of their 'Patient' tab
Click 'Request acceptance by email'
The patient will receive Patient Notification #6 - 'Agreements Acceptance Request'. You can view & customize this email under 'Admin' -> 'Notifications'.
Note: Patients do not need to log into the patient portal with a magic code to access the agreement.
