After a list of employees is uploaded to an employer account, you can review the data in HintOS, view and resolve errors and warnings, and take actions based on the outcome.
View All Employee Uploads:
Navigate to 'Employers' in the main menu
Click on an Employer account
Click the 'Employee Uploads' tab
From here, you can view the history of all uploads, their status, total rows processed, etc.
Click the cloud/down arrow icon to export a CSV of the file that was uploaded
Click the file name to drill into details about that upload
Once you click into an upload, you can view a summary of rows that failed, rows that produced a warning, and rows that successfully processed. Click 'See all rows' to view each row in a given category.
Failed
This table displays rows which did not process. Click here to learn more about what the errors mean and how to resolve.
The following are actions you can take on the 'Failed' table:
Click 'CSV Data' to view all the data for that row in the file. This is useful if you want to see additional information like start dates, end dates, email, etc.
The 'Reviewed' check box allows you to keep track of the errors and warnings you have already reviewed and resolved.
'Mute' is available only on the Failed table. Muting allows you to hide specific errors that will not be resolved. The error will still exist, but, by default, will be filtered from view on the 'Failed' table so you can focus your time on new errors.
You can see only unmuted errors by changing the filter to 'Unmuted rows' or you can see all errors by changing the filter to "All rows". You can determine based on the 'Status' field whether an error is 'Unmuted' or 'Muted'. 'Muted' errors may also be 'Unmuted' at any time.
Warning
File rows are still processed if there is a warning but Hint ignores the field that produced the warning. This could be a mis-formatted field or a change in start state after a membership has billed.
The following are actions you can take on the 'Warning' table:
Click 'CSV Data' to view all the data for that row in the file. This is useful if you want to see additional information like start dates, end dates, email, etc.
The 'Reviewed' check box allows you to keep track of the errors and warnings you have already reviewed and resolved.
Processed
All rows that processed will be displayed in this table. No action needs to be taken with these rows but you can dig in deeper to view the end result i.e. was a patient enrolled? terminated? updated?
Click 'CSV Data' to view all the data for that row in the file. This is useful if you want to see additional information like start dates, end dates, email, etc.
All Actions
The "All Actions" filter is available only on the PROCESSED table. It's a drop-down listing all possible processing results i.e. updates Hint made to the patient account in processing the row.
Dob Updated: Hint updated the date of birth on this patient.
New Patient: Hint created this patient.
Enrolled: Hint enrolled this patient into a membership.
Restarted: Hint restarted this patient's membership.
Terminated by End Date: Hint ended this patient's membership due to an end date listed in the file.
End Date Updated: Hint updated the end date on this patient's membership due to an end date listed in the file.
Membership Change: Hint updated this patient's member type (from adult to child, or vice versa) on their existing membership.
New Company: This only applies to multi-company files when employees for a new company appear in the file.
Plan Changed: Hint updated the plan on this patient's existing membership.
No Account Change: None of the above occurred on this row. It is still possible that other changes were made on this patient account that Hint does not currently highlight e.g. last name changes, email changes, phone numbers added, etc.
