Confirm a Scheduler Appointment

Once a patient has booked an appointment, you can confirm the appointment by following the steps below.

Option 1: Confirm Patient Appointments through Email

  1. When an appointment is booked you will receive an email. This email will be sent to the email address you have on file in Hint Clinical.

  2. In the email, click the 'Confirm Booking' button. Once confirmed, your patient will be notified of the confirmation via email.

Option 2: Confirming a Patient Appointment from your Calendar

  1. In Hint Clinical, navigate to your 'Calendar' on the left hand side of your screen.

  2. On your calendar, click on the appointment you want to confirm.

  3. Once a new window appears select 'Confirm Appointment' at the top of the page. Once confirmed, your patient will be notified of the confirmation via email.
