There are several days to review a patient's current billing cycle, as well as make adjustments.
To Review a Patient's Current Billing Cycle:
Navigate to Patients
Search Patient's Name
Click on Patient
Navigate to the Memberships Tab
Click on Membership
From the Summary, you can see:
Start Date
Next Bill Date
Whether the patient is billed Monthly, Quarterly or Annually
To View the Patient's Next Bill Date
Navigate to Patients
Search Patient's Name
Click on Patient
Navigate to the Memberships Tab
Click on Membership
Scroll to the bottom of the page
View 'Bills overview'
From here, you can see whether the patient is on Autopay and the next bill dates
