Enable Patients to Select a Future Start Date from the Online Enrollment Form

To enable patients to select a future start date from the Hint online enrollment form:

  1. Click on Admin in the menu bar

  2. Click on Online Signup

  3. In the Admin section, toggle on Allow Future Start Dates

If this is disabled, the member will not be able to select a membership start date during enrollment, and their membership will start the day the form is submitted (unless auto-confirm is turned off, as the practice decides when their start date is in that case).

If this is turned on and auto-confirm is on, the patient can choose any day in the future, and their membership will automatically activate on their selected date.
