If you need to unmerge and restore an archived patient chart after merging duplicate charts or archiving a patient record, please follow the steps below: Patient charts may be archived for various reasons, such as after merging duplicates or for organizational purposes. Restoring these records ensures access to all associated notes and lab results.
Navigate to the Patients tab.
Use the Archived Patients filter to view archived records.
Search for the patient's name in the search bar and select the record.
Open the patient's chart and click Restore [Patient's Name] to reactivate the chart and regain access to the associated notes and lab results.b>
