Freemium accounts are free Hint accounts created for participating DPCs on Hint Connect who are not existing clients within the Hint ecosystem. The freemium account will serve as your source of truth for Hint Connect membership status and act as your portal for billing and invoicing for these members.
To ensure you're set up and ready to care for Hint Connect members, please complete the following steps once you’ve been invited to your freemium account:
Stripe Set-up: Log into your freemium Hint account and integrate your Stripe account so we can process payments to you when members enroll. Here’s a helpful article with step-by-step instructions.
Provider Profile: Complete your provider profile, as this information is surfaced during open enrollment to help attract members to your DPC. You can update your profile anytime, and the information will sync with Hint Connect. Here’s how to update your profile.
Enrollment and Termination Notifications: By default, the admin on your account will receive notifications about member enrollments and terminations. If additional users need access, please send their email addresses to hintconnect@hint.com.
