PractOS, a CRM designed for DPC practices, integrates with Hint Health to seamlessly manage leads and transition them into active patients. The integration eliminates redundant data entry and ensures consistency across platforms.

Overview

Direct Care practices rely on efficient systems to manage leads, convert prospects, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. To support this, PractOS and Hint Health have integrated to bridge the gap between lead management and patient enrollment. This guide outlines how the integration works, what data is shared, and how your practice can benefit.

With Hint Health as the source of truth, the following patient data is synchronized to ensure smooth operations:

  1. Patient Demographic Data

  2. Membership Plan

  3. Membership Status

  4. Payment Status

How it Works:

Once you activate the integration watch as your new members in Hint sync to your PractOS account. When new patients register in Hint, it will create a corresponding account in PractOS. When demographic details are updated in Hint by the patient or practice, it will update in the other in real time. PractOS Team will support you in setting up your new patient onboarding so you can educate and nurture new and prospective members of your practice.


How to Set Up the Integration

  1. Sign Up for PractOS – Ensure your practice has an active PractOS account.

  2. Activate in Hint Health: Once enabled, navigate to Admin > Integrations > Other Integrations > PractOS in your Hint Health account.

  3. On the integration page, click on “Enable PractOS Integration

  4. Copy the authorization code

  5. Email authorization code to support@getpractos.com

  6. Confirm Data Sync – Verify that patient demographic information is populating in PractOS.

  7. Customize Workflows & Campaigns – Use PractOS's tools to create email campaigns, automated workflows, etc.
