After you’ve completed the steps outlined in our article What to Consider Before Enabling Credit Card Fee Pass-Through, you can enable this setting by following these steps:
Navigate to Admin>Providers & Patients>Patients

Once enabled, credit card fees will be automatically added to all qualified charges
