Once you've enabled Credit Card Fee Pass-through, credit card transaction fees will be paid by the payer of the invoice.
In the example below, this patient paid for their $300 monthly membership with a credit card. The patient will see one charge of $308.31 on their statement, and the invoice will break out the membership charge and credit card fee as shown here:
