To ensure this process runs smoothly, we depend on you and your team to respond promptly. As a best practice, we recommend identifying 1-2 people within the practice who will collaborate with Hint’s Onboarding team.
Timeline with Migration
Within the first week:
Sign the Hint Agreement & Complete the Onboarding Form: This will unlock your access to Hint Health.
Welcome Email from Hint Onboarding: You’ll receive an email from your onboarding manager with an introduction to Hint, an invite to the Hint Community where on-demand lessons are available, a link to create your account, and a link to schedule your data migration kick-off call.
Please review our CCDA Import support article, which further explains what is needed and what to expect for your patient data migration to Hint.
Within 2-4 weeks:
Complete your Hint Core on-demand training modules. Once finished, you will have the option to schedule a call with Hint’s Onboarding team and access our library of Support Resources.
During your data migration planning call, we will cover the following and more:
Patient demographics upload
Memberships upload
Payment source migration
You will receive templates and details covered in your call as a follow-up after your call.
Within 4-6 weeks:
Once you’ve received access to your account, completed training, and your migration is complete, you're all set to go live on Hint Health! (timeline dependent on customer completing steps listed above)
