Multiple Retail Memberships lets you offer patients more than one retail membership at the same time—perfect for layering programs like DPC + weight loss, mental health, acupuncture, and more. This unlocks flexible recurring revenue and removes the manual workarounds practices used before.
Enabling Multiple Memberships
To enable the setting practice-wide, navigate to Admin > Membership Options and toggle on the Allow patients to enroll in multiple retail memberships setting:
What’s New
With this new functionality, you can now:
Enroll patients in multiple retail memberships (plus one sponsored plan)
Set unique billing rules for each membership
Enroll dependents in their own memberships
Collect and store separate agreements per membership
Automatically generate one invoice per membership
View all active memberships across the Provider Portal, Patient Portal, and Elation
Smart billing logic also prevents duplicate enrolments and automatically applies the best available coverage when a patient has overlapping benefits.
How It Works for Your Team
Provider Portal

You can see which payment method is set to autopay for each membership directly on the patient’s Payment Methods section
Reporting & Integrations
