Change Membership Payment Billing Date

How to change a membership's next bill date

You can easily change the upcoming bill dates for a membership by following the steps below:

  1. Search for and select the patient

  2. In the top right-hand corner, toggle to 'Memberships & Billing'

  3. On the 'Membership & Packages' card, click 'Edit'

  4. In the 'Summary' section of the membership page, click 'Change Billing Date'

  5. Enter the desired date

  6. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page to save the change.

This will update the membership's next bill due date, and all future bills will follow the updated billing schedule accordingly.
