To remove a patient from your Hint account:

Search for the patient who you would like to remove
If they have an active membership, end it
Make sure they do not have any outstanding invoices
Click 'edit patient'
Click 'Archive'
Note: You cannot archive a patient in the following situations:
If they have an uncollected balance
If they have an active membership
If they are actively linked to a company
To archive the patient, cancel any charges or mark them as bad debt, end any memberships, and unlink any companies.
