We now allow you to restrict online enrollment to specific zip codes in order to prevent enrollment outside of your local area.
Any online signup attempt that gets blocked due to an ineligible zip code will show up in your Signup Attempts Report as "Ineligible", along with their contact information so that you can follow up with them as appropriate.
To configure a list of approved zip codes:
Navigate to 'Admin' > 'Online Signup'.
Toggle on 'Restrict by Zip Code'.
Type in the allowed zip codes and press enter after each one.
The page will automatically update.
