Add a Patient

create a patient chart, add patient

If a patient does not have a chart, here's how to create one:

  1. Navigate to your patient list

  2. Click '+Add Patient'

  3. Enter patient data; first name, last name, and date of birth are required

  4. Click 'Create'

Adding a patient will not automatically create a membership. To learn how to create a membership, click here.
