If a patient does not already have a chart, here are the steps to manually create a patient chart in Hint:
Navigate to your patient list
Click '+Add Patient'
Enter patient data; first name, last name and date of birth are required
Click 'Create'
Adding a patient will not automatically create a membership. To learn how to create a membership, click here.
