We send out automated emails on your behalf to patients with notifications of upcoming charges, receipts and requests for updated payment information among others. You can view each email and customize as needed by following directions below.

  1. Select 'Admin' tab

  2. Select 'Notifications'

  3. Select 'Patient Notifications'

You can click 'View' under each email to view the email content. If you would like customize the content, follow these directions.

You can toggle most notifications to On or Off depending on practice preference.
