A bank account (ACH) charge is not refundable until it has been successfully paid. We know this is not ideal, but currently this is an inherent part of the bank account transfer process that is beyond Hint's control. In general, ACH payments can take up to 5 business days to complete, and you will be able to refund them as soon as that has finished.
