Why can't I refund this charge?

ACH transactions typically take 3–5 business days to complete due to the clearing process. Only after this period is finished can refunds be issued to ensure accuracy in financial and payment records. Once the processing period is complete, the system will automatically detect payment completion, allowing refunds or adjustments to be made without restrictions. This ensures compliance and proper financial record maintenance.
