To change the default name and description that appears on membership invoices:

  1. Click on 'Admin'
  2. Click on 'Memberships'
  3. Click on 'Pricing'
  4. Under 'Billing Options' edit the 'Invoice Details' section
  5. Click 'Save Plan' to save the changes

All auto-generated membership invoices will display the new charge name and description



If you allow more than one billing period, click "edit' next to the additional billing period names to change how they appear on the invoice.
