If you would like to send the Sedera Health and/or Zion Health Enrollment Form to an existing patient, follow these steps:
Navigate to the patient's chart
Scroll down to the "Wrap-Arounds" section
If the patient is eligible, you'll see 'Send Enrollment Email'
Confirm in the Notifications that the email sent (it will fail if the ePHI waiver has not been signed or if the email address is invalid)
