Change the Payer on a Membership

How to update the payer on a membership

To update the payer on a membership:

  1. Search for the primary patient (the payer) and click on their name to open their record

  2. Navigate to the Memberships & Billing tab, then locate the Memberships & Packages section of their chart

  3. Click the edit button on the membership, and the full membership detail page will open

  4. Click 'Change Payer', then search for & select the patient that you would now like to pay for this membership

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Update'
