Upon ending a membership, there may arise a need to restart a patient's membership. In order to restart a patient membership:
Go to 'Patients' and navigate to the patient's chart
Click on the 'Memberships' tab
Click into the inactive membership that you are looking to restart
Scroll to the bottom of the membership details, and click on 'Restart Membership'
Upon clicking restart, you will have the opportunity to see:
Patient start date
Next bill date
Once you have confirmed the above information is correct, click 'Restart Membership', and the patient's membership will become Active.
