Restarting a Membership

How to reactivate a patient's membership, reactivating an ended membership

Upon ending a membership, there may arise a need to restart a patient's membership.

To restart a patient's membership:

  1. Go to the Patient list and search for the patient's name.

  2. Click on the patient's name to open to their record.

  3. Click on the patient's 'Memberships' tab.

  4. Click on the membership that you wish to restart.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Restart Membership'.

Upon clicking restart, you will have the opportunity to see:

  • Patient start date

  • Next bill date

  • Members

  • Upcoming Bills

Once you have confirmed the above information is correct, click 'Restart Membership'.

Please note that memberships with an end date more than 3 months in the past are not restartable.
