Select "Choose File" from the Profile Picture section

Click "Update" on the patient profile to save the change

1. Navigate to the patient.
2. Click on 'Edit Patient Details'
3. Select "Choose File" from the Profile Picture section
4. Select the file and click "Open"
5. Click "Update" on the patient profile to save the change
