How to create a custom enrollment link

You can create a custom enrollment link that forces patients into particular settings that you select:

  1. Login to

  2. Navigate to Admin.

  3. Click on Online Signup.

  4. Click on the Online Signup tab.

  5. Click 'Customize Url' under the charge/plan you want to customize.

  6. Edit the form to generate a unique URL to send to your patients.

By customizing the enrollment link, a patient can be forced to sign up with a particular practioner, location, billing period, and coupon. You can also select the sales and marketing information, which will be recorded but will not be displayed to the patient.
