How to create a custom enrollment link / custom URL

You can create a custom enrollment link that forces patients into particular settings that you select. By customizing the enrollment link, a patient can be forced to sign up with a particular practitioner, location, billing period, and/or coupon. You can also force the lead source and/or broker, which will be recorded but will not be displayed to the patient.

To create a custom enrollment link:

  1. Navigate to Admin -> Online Signup.

  2. Click on the Online Signup tab.

  3. Click 'Customize Url' under the link you want to customize.

  4. Make your selections in the form to generate a unique URL.

  5. Click 'Copy' next to the unique URL in the form to send it to your patients.

*Please note that making selections in the 'Customize URL' form does not affect the original enrollment link in any way. You must copy the unique URL generated in the form and patients must enroll using that unique URL in order to force the selections for their enrollment.
