To delete a plan, no members can be active on that plan
To delete a plan:
The plan must not be set as the default membership plan.
No patients can be enrolled on the plan.
The plan must not be assigned to an active company.
The plan must not be the sole plan linked to a signup page.
If each of the above is true, there will be a 'Delete' button available at the bottom of the membership plan to remove the membership option from the Plan tab.
