For Staff, Staff Limited, Read Only, and Read Only & Reports roles, we've added the ability to scope their access by location. If a user should only see patients and information from certain locations or groups, you can now set up this restriction for them by following the steps in this support article.Β
Set up a Location Group
You will need to create the locations and location groups before assigning users to them. Learn how to do this by checking out this article.
Restrict a User's Role to Scoped Access
Once you've set up your locations and location groups, you can assign users to them. To add a new user or edit an existing user, go to Admin > Account > Users.
Please note that only Staff, Staff Limited, Read Only, and Read Only & Reports users can be scoped to a location. You can see the breakdown of each user role here.
Users that can be scoped will have a 'Restrict by location groups' setting that can be toggled on at the bottom of the Edit Team Member modal, as shown below.
