Dashboard Overview

The Hint Dashboard allows you to visualize membership enrollments and cancellations, and analyze churn trends. This data can be further broken down by plan, provider, location, employer or lead source. Membership growth and churn are two crucial factors in the health of your practice. This dashboard helps give you a visual and statistical summary of how your practice is doing.

Follow the steps below to access your cancellation reason data in the Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Dashboard

  2. In the Member Analytics table, apply the following filters: 'Show me Terminations > Broken out by Cancellation Reason'

Patient-Level Breakdown via the Memberships Report

To obtain a patient-level breakdown of cancellation reasons, you can download this data from your Memberships Report by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Memberships.

  2. Change the "Last Billed or Billing" filter to "Ending".

  3. Change the Date filter to your desired time frame.

  4. Export the report by clicking the download icon in the upper-right corner of the data table.

  5. Be sure to include "Patient Name" and "End Date" in your download selections. You can also select "Cancellation Reason", and "Other Cancellation Reason" if you'd like to include this data in your report.
