To view which notifications a patient has received and when, follow these directions:
From the patient chart, locate the "Engagement" section
Click "View all" under notifications
The 'Patient opened notification at' shows when the notification was first opened. 'Patient clicked notification at' appears when the patient clicked a link contained in the email.
If an email has bounced, that will be reflected here as well.
