At the top of any advanced report, you'll see filter options that allow you to refine the data displayed. Common filters include date range, provider, location, and sponsor, however they can vary depending on the report.

Apply a Filter

  • Click on a filter at the top of the report to see that filter's available options.

  • Select the criteria you want to apply (e.g., filtering by a specific provider or membership plan). You can select multiple values.

  • Once you've selected your criteria, click 'Apply' to update the report with the new settings.

Clear a Filter

  • To remove a filter you've applied, click on the filter at the top of the report.

  • Unselect the checkbox(es) next to the criteria you've chosen, either individually or by clicking the top checkbox twice to select all and then unselect all.

  • After modifying your filter criteria, click 'Apply' to update the report with the new settings.

Adjust Date Ranges

If the report includes a date range filter, depending on the report, you may have the option to:

  • Enter a custom date range by specifying start and end dates.

  • Select a rolling date range (e.g., "Last 30 Days" or "Month to Date").

  • Choose between a rolling date range or a custom date range.

If the report only includes the option to enter a custom date range, you will see a "Start Date" filter and an "End Date" filter which you can enter custom dates for:

If the report allows both types of date ranges, you can choose between a rolling date range or a custom date range within the date filter modal:

1. Click on the date range filter:

2. Select "Rolling" or "Fixed":

3. Enter your date range criteria
