The Hint Dashboard is your window into payment and membership activity. This dashboard is broken down into two main features:

  • Outstanding Balances in Patient Invoices

  • Membership Analytics

The Received Payments report is a report of all the money you have received or refunded for both patient and employer charges. You can sort by 'Transacted' payments as well as 'Deposited' payments for any period of time

Keep track of individuals who began the enrollment process but did not complete it. This report can be exported from Hint and imported to a CRM or marketing tool if necessary.

The patient invoices report gives you a snapshot overview of draft, issued, sent, paid, and cancelled invoices. This report is primarily designed to support an efficient and streamlined collections process and will be the most useful for patient follow-up.

This report will show you all changes in revenue, or the money that you expect to receive or not receive in any given period. For example, if a charge is invoiced in one month but paid in the next, the data in this report will not change. This report is primarily designed to support your accountant in closing the books, and is sometimes used by businesses that reimburse providers based on booked revenue.

View deposits to your practice's bank account

The Employer Invoices report gives you an overview of all company invoices and the payment status of each invoice. If you click on the invoice, it will bring you the invoice in detail. (Reports > Employer Invoices).

The Memberships Report gives you powerful filters for understanding the breakdown of your memberships.

If your practice utilizes membership coupons, you can track the coupon usage within the membership report. You can find and filter this data by navigating to Reports > Memberships > Filter by specific coupon

Visualize membership enrollments and cancellations, and analyze churn trends. This data can be broken down by plan, provider, location, employer, or lead source.

Provides a visual representation of how your patients heard about your practice.

The Membership Revenue Forecast Report displays both projected (expected) and billed (actual) membership revenue for the current and upcoming year.

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Report provides a snapshot of unpaid balances, including how long they’ve been outstanding and any upcoming scheduled payments.

The Employer Invoices report gives you an overview of all company invoices and the payment status of each invoice. If you click on the invoice, it will bring you the invoice in detail. (Reports > Employer Invoices).
