The Hint Dashboard is your window into payment and membership activity. This dashboard is broken down into two main features:

  • Outstanding Balances in Patient Invoices

  • Membership Analytics

Keep track of individuals who began the enrollment process but did not complete it. This report can be exported from Hint and imported to a CRM or marketing tool if necessary.

The Memberships Report gives you powerful filters for understanding the breakdown of your memberships.

The patient invoices report gives you a snapshot overview of draft, issued, sent, paid, and cancelled invoices. This report is primarily designed to support an efficient and streamlined collections process and will be the most useful for patient follow-up.

The Employer Invoices report gives you an overview of all company invoices and the payment status of each invoice. If you click on the invoice, it will bring you the invoice in detail. (Reports > Employer Invoices).

This report will show you all changes in revenue, or the money that you expect to receive or not receive in any given period. For example, if a charge is invoiced in one month but paid in the next, the data in this report will not change. This report is primarily designed to support your accountant in closing the books, and is sometimes used by businesses that reimburse providers based on booked revenue.

The Received Payments report is a report of all the money you have received or refunded for both patient and employer charges. You can sort by 'Transacted' payments as well as 'Deposited' payments for any period of time
